Full payment, including shipping and handling, is required with the order. No work will proceed until payment is received.
Refunds are only given if order is cancelled before any work has begun. If you receive a proof and choose to cancel, a cancellation fee will apply. A complete refund will be given, if you choose, due to problems with your order that is directly related to printing and not layout, spelling or grammatical errors. We maintain the right to judge what a manufacturing error and defect is.
***Minor printing imperfections and color shifts are considered to be normal and will not qualify for a refund as a manufacturing error.
The display of any design or logo on this web site and any marketing materials are for demonstration purposes only and does not indicate or imply that any such design or logo may be reproduced without the authorization of the owner of any trademark, copyright or other right in such design or logo. We do not intend to imply that there is an affiliation between PRINTZU.com and the Corporations, divisions or subsidiaries of those trademarks. Samples simply indicate that we have done work for (an) individual(s) that belongs to one of those Corporations, divisions or subsidiaries and that individual has chosen to seek a product and design separate of the template offered by those Corporations, divisions or subsidiaries; which they have a legal right to do so.
All complaints must be registered within 48 hours of receipt of job.
You will receive an online proof after placing your order. You are 100% responsible for the accuracy of your layouts. Please proofread all layouts carefully.
PRINTZU.com assumes no responsibility for delays caused by delivery carriers or any damages resulting from the failure to receive a job on time. All PRINTZU.com customers agree not to hold PRINTZU.com liable for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, shipping company delays and/or customs beyond PRINTZU.com's control.
File formats we accept are:
.tif - flattened, 300DPI
.jpg (high resolution)
.eps (outline fonts)
.pdf (outline fonts)
We are not responsible for files printed incorrectly when the customer provides any image or artwork.
By submitting my approval, I agree to all of the stated terms and conditions:
• I have verified that the spelling and set-up are correct.
• I am satisfied with the layout and understand that my order will be printed as it appears here.
• I understand that the online proof will predict the design layout and text but not the color, due to some shifting that may occur in printing.
• I understand that I can no longer make changes to my order once it is approved, and I -assume all responsibility for any errors after approval.
Turnaround time begins when we receive your approval of design and your order is sent to press. Additional business days are not included in the turnaround time for delivery. Delivery time is based upon the shipping method you select.
Business days are Monday through Friday. Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays are not calculated into the turnaround time.
Turnaround does not begin until acceptable artwork has been provided. Please note that if we are unable to print your files because they do not meet our file requirements, your job status will be put “On Hold” and your turnaround time will be increased.
For jobs that do not have complete digital source files and need to be designed, turnaround will begin when we have an approval to print, not from the time the order is first submitted.
PRINTZU.com assumes no responsibility for delays caused by delivery carriers or any damages resulting from the failure to receive a job on time. Our expected delivery date is not guaranteed. Your order may arrive late due to unforeseen delays in delivery service, the breakdown of equipment, illness, etc.
All orders placed in California are subject to sales tax. If a customer is tax exempt, exemption certificate/resale permit must be sent or faxed to us with the first order.
PRINTZU.com reserves the right to refuse to print anything improper or known to be illegal. PRINTZU.com is not liable for any damages resulting from violation of copyright laws or illegal use of trade names, slogans, photographs, graphics, original artwork or any creative work provided by the client to PRINTZU.com. The customer guarantees and is fully responsible for the legal title of all materials submitted to PRINTZU.com for printing, design, web publishing or any other services that we may provide.
PRINTZU.com may change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms and conditions at any time. All changes become effective immediately upon being posted on our website.
PRINTZU.com reserves the right to contact you via phone, e-mail, or post mail regarding current and/or future orders placed with PRINTZU.com.
